We treat everyone as an individual so your rehabilitation programme will be specifically designed for you. We provide a very hands on approach to treatments and our corrective exercise assessments should see clients achieve much higher results from their rehabilitation/training programmes.

Strength and Conditioning:
We work on Strength and Conditioning (S&C) with all of our clients who hope to return back to sport post injury or who require S&C to improve their performance.
S&C aims to bridge the gap between the theory of training and application of training. We use S&C to develop the physiological components that all levels of athlete require for improved sports performance. Our focus is to help all our clients to become faster, stronger, more flexible and to build their muscular endurance to remain injury free.
Yes, lifting weights is part of an S&C programme but there is much more to it than that. Our programmes will also include plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core strength. Our programmes look to address the needs of the athlete and their sport via periodised programmes that targets both strengths and weaknesses of the athlete.
